How does Miche work as a psychotherapist and counsellor?
Therapy is, quite simply, a conversation between us. I work in a relaxed and friendly way, listening to you and responding to what you say with questions, reflections and opportunities for you to explore yourself and your experiences. We can make room for you to understand your life history, develop new strategies and skills for everyday living, and express and manage your feelings.
Our work can include dream work, cognitive techniques, anger management skills and creative materials.
Alongside listening to you, I aim to teach tools for self-healing and self-management so you can move on from therapy with confidence. I have a range of tools and skills so our work can be tailored to who you are and what suits you best. If I can’t offer you what you need, I will do my best to refer you to someone who can.
